Lessons are payable in advance. 

Please contact me to agree a date and time or simply check my availability and book a lesson by clicking here. Once payment has been made via the pricing page, your lesson will be booked. 

Lessons will be delivered through Zoom. You will need to ensure that you have a Zoom account and you will need to provide me with your email address so I can send you a contact request which needs to be accepted within Zoom in order for me to simply 'call' you at the agreed lesson time. 

Please make sure that your internet connection is strong enough to guarantee best possible video and audio connection. 

Should you not answer the call at the agreed time I shall try several times during your lesson slot. Should you fail to answer the call(s) during your lesson time you will forfeit the lesson and no refund will be given. 

Should you need to rearrange or cancel your lesson a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. 

Should I not be able to deliver the agreed lesson (e.g. due to illness), you can choose to either have the lesson rearranged or request a full refund.
